COVID 19 Pandemic Updates

CURRENT UPDATES:  While it feels like things are getting back to normal we wanted to let you know that we are still diligently cleaning and sanitizing the guest rooms and dining room so that you can feel safe when you stay with us.  If there are any special requests please don't hesitate to let us know.

The safety and well-being of our guests and staff are the highest priority at the Whispering Creek B&B.  As we all continue to monitor the coronavirus COVID-19, we want to make you aware of the measures we have implemented to help safeguard the health of those visiting.  We have redesigned our experience to offer our guests a rejuvenating, private getaway with modifications to ensure social distancing. Here’s what we are doing to protect our guests:

Self Check-in – You will receive a text with your door lock code prior to arrival.  This text provides you with the information you need to arrive, get settled, and enjoy your visit to Sedona. When we see you, we will greet you with Namaste “prayer hands” instead of handshakes and hugs.

Texting requests – Owners, Joe & Cheryl are available via text for any requests you might have while you are a guest with us. They live on the property and are available at any time should you need personal attention.

Breakfast served as you choose- We encourage social distancing and will serve breakfast to your room upon request or you can have breakfast in the dining room where seating has been arranged so that you can socialize safely.   

Room Sanitizing:  All rooms have been sanitized thoroughly prior to arrival.  Here is a summary of our current cleaning and sanitizing process. 

  • Provide hand sanitizer in all common areas as well as packets of sanitizer in each guest room
    • Replace all bed linens and pillowcases after EVERY guest
    • Replace all washcloth, hand, and bath towels (whether used or not) after EVERY guest
  • Clean and sanitize all cups, glasses, water bottles (whether used or not) in our dishwasher
    • Replace bathrobes after EVERY guest (whether used or not)
    • Disinfect bathtubs, showers stalls, sinks, toilets, and water faucets after EVERY guest
    • Carpets will be sanitized after EVERY guest
    • All touch surfaces will be sanitized consistently throughout the day
  • We encourage guests to stay home if you feel unwell or if you feel you have been exposed by the coronavirus.  
  • We are asking all our guests to respect “social distancing”  Smiles are always welcome.
